The replacement for my Hampton Bay ceiling fan

The Anderic replacement controller for my Hampton Bay ceiling fan worked perfectly. Very easy to set up.

new remote will not pair with ceiling fan

new remote will not pair with ceiling fan. old remote still works but only for fan speed 3 and 1 (runs as though it 3 only). none of the buttons on the new remote will not work at all.
