Shoes are comfortable! Typically I prefer a lower heel drop shoe for running with my short mid to forefoot cadence, however, I have found these shoes great for cross training and lifting in the gym. Light weight and comfortable enough to withstand long shifts on my feet at the hospital.

I am a college distance runner for both xc and track. These shoes were my go to for any type of speed or tempo workout especially on the track or road. They are very lightweight and have good support from the plating and allowed for me to get some good workouts in. Will be keeping these in rotation for future workouts!
